1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Agentic Labs, UAB (company code 307629422, "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Altis Agent platform ("Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Altis Agent is an AI-powered assistant that integrates with workplace communication platforms (including Slack and Microsoft Teams) to help teams automate workflows, generate reports, conduct research, and execute tasks. The Service connects to third-party tools and uses large language models to process and act on your requests.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and APIs, including but not limited to:

• Anthropic API - for large language model processing.
• Slack and Microsoft Teams - for workplace integration.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Agentic Labs, UAB and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all data and content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. AI-Generated Output

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, reports, and other outputs. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before acting on it.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
• AI output should not be considered professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Your data is never used to train AI models.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic Labs, UAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
